The Zest Care Team has over 50 years experience of the care and IT industry and is a close knit group of people. We have worked as a team for over 5 years bringing our individual expertise together into one.
We all have an understanding and mutual respect for each other's roles within the team which makes us a very strong motivated and professional group who all have the same target/goal for Zest Care and the Fusion software. This is evident in from our longstanding relationships with our clients.
Martin Jones - Managing Director
Martin's key mandate is building the company's capabilities, expertise, partners and alliances to create and deliver business opportunities. Having held senior executive positions within the long term care sector since the 1990's Martin has an extensive experience of the sector.
He is a firm believer in the customer service & team concept and is committed and passionate about creating opportunities for clients and partners.
Michael Sheehan - Managing Director
His knowledge and track record within this sector comes from his time with Hewlett Packard, Vauxhall Motors and EDS. With extensive project management experience creating his own company was a natural progression and one borne out of wanting to provide not just a different approach but a better service with the IT sector.
Wanting to dispel the stigma IT services often have of being boring and unapproachable he created something fresh and exciting by developing a company that offers and outstanding service and exceptional customer focus and support. Stuart Taylor - Development Director
Stuart is an experienced programme developer and has been developing software for the care industry for over 5 years now. Stuarts technical ability along with his great customer liaison skills gives him a higher understanding of customer needs and how to convert those needs into easy-to-use care home software.
Iain James -Technical Manager
Iain has over 10 years experience in IT support, maintenance and installation. He is proficient in working with all Microsoft operating systems including server products, as well as network administration, cabling and VPN setup.
James Linley - Support Manager
James is in charge of customer support and care. His primary responsibility is providing timely and effective support to our customers. James' approach and commitment to customer service and customer needs is unrivalled.
Dave Healey - Project Manager
As a Project Manager Dave's position is a customer facing roll and includes Software Demonstrations, Care Show Exhibitions, Software Installation, Care Staff Training and Telephone Support. Dave has 7 years' experience in the care sector and works alongside clients from the initial demonstration all the way through to installation and continued support.
He is devoted to building new customer relationships and continuing to maintain existing customer relationships through great communication and a quality service whilst ensuring that our customer service reputation remains at our high standards. Adam Barker - Support Technician
Adam is in a Technical Support role for the Zest Solutions Team based in the South East office. With over 6 years of Customer Service experience Adam is driven to provide the best service he can and understands the importance of delivering the most effective support possible. With a drive to succeed Adam is very focused on building good customer relationships. Adam is currently enrolled in a course which will see him achieve Comptia A+ 701 and 702 along with 3 Microsoft Technology Associate Certifications and 3 Information Technology Certifications.
